What's Inside our Travel Kit

My hands had been full for the past few months, and so is our schedule.  I had missed being to the beach and luckily my youngest brother was so generous that he gifted our family with airfare tickets. So, off to a beach we shall go before this year ends.  But before that, I need to ensure a worry free vacation and this means I have to check travel essentials. Now, for us, travel essentials include my trusted medicines and other products from Unilab.

I have grown seeing Biogesic as a staple medicine in our first aid cabinet.  When I had my family and kids, it is still my go-to medicine for headaches and minor aches and pains.

Recently, the little princess has been diagnosed with Allergic Rhinitis and since then I ensure that we have Allerkid and NasoClear handy if ever she needs it.  Mahirap na hindi maging ready lalo na at island ang destinasyon namin.

The past few years I have witnessed how my skin turns dull and dry every time that the Amihan season is here.  I am glad to find an affordable moisturizer that suits my skin's needs.  Celeteque Dermoscience Facial Moisturizer is so nice to use since it is water-based and oil free.  I never tried any other facial moisturizer since I started using Celeteque a few years ago.

S is for Strawberries on Nails

I am loving memes nowadays perhaps because it gives me ideas on what to brag blog about. This week, while hopping in from one blog to another I was able to come accross a nice meme, hence I am joining in the fun.
S is for my strawberry shortcake inspired nails. I am so loving nail arts recently and have been bugging my sis-in-law to do them for me.

My Latest Addiction

I am not the type of person who frequents the salon to pamper myself, that is just not my way.  I'm more of the foodie type.  Drag me to one foodie nook to another and you will definitely see me smiling.  Not that I am not kikay, it's just that I don't want others to do the make-up, manicure and all for me.  But my sister-in-law insisted we try nail arts.  I was very hesitant because I do not want to get hurt with the cleaning tools.  What she did though, was to try to do everything for me.  Yes, she did not drag me to a salon but instead we went to Divisoria to get all the tools.  She already owns a basic manicure set so what we really need where the special ones.  It's more than six months now since we first tried nail arts for our own and I am really glad with all the outcome.  My sister-in-law is now making a living out of this. She now services most of her neighbors.  As for me it has become my latest addiction, I ask her to do my nails at least twice a month.  And this is what she did just recently.

We went to a party after my nails were done and they were a big point of conversation. Everybody seems to love my teddy bear nails. And whenever I tell them that they are made freehand, the next thing they are asking are the contact numbers of my sister-in-law.  Looks like, we are heading for a new business here.

Girly Digital Accessories, At last!

Ever wondered if there are available digital accessories for women, especially computer or laptop bags? About a week ago, a lady friend of mine have been wanting to buy her precious laptop a sleeve which will reflect her personality but she can't find anything in the market, not even one with a girly color. Out of despair she ended up picking a very plain looking sleeve. Too late, it was only yesterday that I was able to come across a very nice site that sells laptop sleeves and other digital accessories made with women in mind.

She-Tech is a site that sells stylish laptop and computer bags, business, digital, & tech accessories which are made tastefully for women. It's a great break away from all those other places selling too plain and boring items for our digital life. How would you like to have a floral patterned laptop sleeves or perhaps a pink flaptop messenger bag? What's great about this is that you can even shop online.

So what are you waiting for? Head on to She-Tech and shop for stylish woman's digital accessories there. As for me, I will be calling up my friend and tell her it is her lucky day today. Who knows she might buy me that cream and pink flaptop messenger bag I have been eyeing for. It's on sale, anyway.
