Beauty In Black and White

I heart black and white photos for the mystery they add to the subject. It has been years since I last participated in a photo meme. I'd like to make use of the tons of images I have stored in my hard drive.

I ♥ Faces: Just for Fun

Isn´t it nice to once in a while reminisce on how it was a few years back? This was taken one fine summer day when my son was just one year old. He was having such a nice time with the water from the shower near the swimming pool. Looking back at this picture makes me realize how he have grown so fast.

In line with father's day, I am sharing two pictures taken by hubby. Like me, he also loves taking pictures. And yes, we normally serve as his models. He does not have any professional training in photography but he sure knows how to capture a great image.

This was taken while my son is watching his favorite show on Nickelodeon.

This was a stolen shot, I was actually combing my hair.

My kid always celebrates his birthday in school. This photo was taken during his preschool years. It was taken on his 5th birthday. Hope you like this one.

I♥Faces: Blurb Book Photo Contest

I found a great site that features faces and their emotions as captured on cam. They do have different themes every week. This week there is an ongoing contest for everyone. I find the site very educating and very interesting that I also decided to participate on it. It is really hard to choose from a lot of photos which have all been, at one time or another, my favorite. I am sharing a picture of my son when he was about a year old. I really love this picture because I think all his innocence was captured on it. I hope you like this as well.
